All about the Snowy Hydro Works

SJLM fabricate and install many complex and innovative projects for Snowy Hydro in all regions of the Scheme. SJLM execute works for Snowy Hydro within the Kosciuszko National Park, the Murray Group of Power Stations and the Tumut Group of Power Stations. SJLM also provide concepts and ideas on how to achieve safer and compliant access, assist with its design, and overall delivery.

The Snowy Hydro T2 pond safe access upgrade involved manufacture and installation of a 10m spiral staircase and ramps onto the dam wall. This aided Snowy Staff accessing the facility to conduct period monitoring and general safe access. Prior to this upgrade there was a series of ladders and hand build steps which presented an OH&S issue.
